StartSearch operates exclusively across designated delivery zones within Andhra Pradesh (AP).

Orders placed outside authorized Andhra Pradesh pincodes will be rejected automatically prior to fulfillment dispatch.

Fresh fruits, vegetables, and agricultural commodities are harvested at sunrise directly from local partner farmers in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, under the official Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of KADA (Kuppam Area Development Authority).

Direct farmer partnership guarantees wholesale pricing by removing up to 5 layers of wholesale broker markups.

Users must register using a valid Indian mobile phone number verified via SMS One-Time Password (OTP).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile device and OTP access. StartSearch is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from shared OTP passcodes.

StartSearch utilizes neighborhood micro-fulfillment dark store hubs across Andhra Pradesh to achieve fast express delivery. The delivery estimate shown at checkout for your address is the applicable timeframe.

Delivery timeframes may occasionally vary due to severe weather conditions, road blockages, or traffic emergencies, during which users will receive real-time app notifications.

All product prices listed on https://roverinco.com/ and the mobile app are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

StartSearch guarantees that listed prices will never exceed the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) stamped on packaged items.

An order is deemed accepted once dark store inventory is allocated and a delivery rider is assigned.

StartSearch reserves the right to cancel orders due to sudden crop stock unavailability, extreme weather, or unverified address coordinates.

StartSearch accepts UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and Mana Wallet balances.

Wallet cashback promotional credits can be redeemed against future grocery purchases on the platform.

Customers may cancel any order free of charge at any time prior to dark store dispatch.

Once a delivery rider has picked up the package and is en route, cancellations are subject to a nominal restocking fee.

Perishable agricultural produce (fresh fruits and vegetables) must be inspected upon delivery. Any fresh quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through the mobile app.

Verified return or quality complaints credit the customer's Mana Wallet immediately via 1-click refund.

Refunds to original payment cards or bank accounts are processed within 5 to 7 business days via payment gateways.

All logos, brand assets, software code, UI designs, and content on https://roverinco.com/ belong exclusively to StartSearch (Rover Inco).

Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Users agree not to place fraudulent orders, submit false quality claims, or verbally abuse delivery riders.

StartSearch reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in pattern abuse or fraudulent refund requests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StartSearch's total liability for any claim arising out of a delivered order shall not exceed the total price paid for that specific order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chittoor / Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh.
