Interface preview with example data — not real prospect records.
The old way of prospecting is fragmented
Most revenue teams stitch together a data vendor, a sequencer, a warm-up tool, a shared mailbox and a BI dashboard. Context is lost at every handoff, and no single system knows the whole story.
A fragmented stack
Duplicate records, manual re-imports, and reporting that never quite reconciles.
One connected platform
One canonical filter model powers search, saved searches, dynamic lists, automations and exports — so an audience means the same thing everywhere.
From first search to booked meeting
Five capabilities that work as one system rather than five disconnected tools.
Discover
Search people and companies across 50+ filter fields with boolean logic, live facet counts and cursor pagination.
Target
Turn a working search into a reusable Persona or Saved Search, then feed it straight into lists and campaigns.
Engage
Run campaigns with multi-step sequences, mailbox rotation, timezone-aware scheduling and reply-based exits.
Automate
Trigger work from real events — a new list member, a reply, a bounce, a CRM change — with conditions and actions.
Measure
Track the full funnel from search to positive reply, with deliverability health and credit burn in the same view.
Every module, one system of record
Modules share the same tenant, the same permission model and the same canonical audience definition.

Find exactly who you're looking for
Build precise audiences across people and companies with boolean logic, nested filter groups and live result counts — then reveal only the contacts you actually want.
- People and company search across person, company, signal, data-quality and relationship filters.
- AND / OR / NOT logic with nested groups and a dedicated exclusions block.
- Signals such as hiring activity, recent funding, technology changes and leadership moves.
- Relationship filters hide anyone already contacted, in a list, in a campaign or suppressed.
- Bulk actions reveal, enrich, tag, add to list or export, with large jobs queued in the background.
- Column settings that persist per user, plus saved searches and shared personas.
Searching, filtering, paginating and saving searches never consume credits. You spend only on reveal, enrichment and export.

Illustrative counts — example data only.
Define your ideal audience once, reuse it everywhere
A Persona captures the filter definition of an ICP. Because every module reads the same canonical filter model, that definition flows straight through to lists, campaigns and automations.
Personas are shared, versioned targeting templates. Saved Searches store a complete query a user can re-run at any time.
Lists store references to prospects, so records stay consistent and deduplicated instead of drifting into stale snapshots.
Saved searches store the query definition rather than result rows — re-running always returns current matches.
Example data for illustration.
Launch outreach with control, not guesswork
A campaign owns who you're reaching; the sequence owns what gets sent and when. Build in six guided steps, validate before launch, and keep full control while it runs.
- Audience from anywhere — a list, a saved search, an import or a manual selection.
- Mailbox rotation — round-robin, weighted or health-aware across connected accounts.
- Timezone-aware scheduling — send in the contact’s business hours, with sending windows and blackout dates.
- Sending limits per account, per campaign and per day, with pacing between sends.
- Pre-flight validation before launch, then pause, resume or cancel without losing history.
- Continuous enrolment — add new contacts to a live campaign without stopping it.
Build follow-up that reacts to behaviour
Compose multi-step workflows from typed steps, branch on what each prospect actually does, and publish an immutable version so running campaigns never shift underneath you.
- Step types — email, delay, condition, webhook, task, enrichment and exit.
- Conditions on replied, opened, clicked, bounced or field values, with true/false branches.
- Business-day delays that skip weekends and respect the campaign schedule.
- Personalization variables with required flags and fallback values.
- Validation before publish , plus preview and test execution in a sandbox.
- Versioning — published versions are immutable and campaigns pin to one.
Let events do the repetitive work
Automations connect the platform to itself: when something happens, evaluate conditions, then act. Test with a dry run before publishing, and cap what any workflow is allowed to spend.

“This is timely — we're evaluating vendors this quarter. Can you send availability?”
“Not the right time, but check back after our next planning cycle.”
Every reply, in one shared workspace
Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes and work every conversation in one place — with the campaign and sequence context attached to each thread.
- Multi-mailbox sending with per-account health, quotas and automatic quarantine on trouble.
- Reliable thread matching so replies attach to the right conversation, not a new one.
- Assignment and reassignment across the team, with an audit trail.
- Internal notes with mentions that are never sent externally.
- Tags, saved views and filters by status, assignment, campaign, mailbox or date.
- Stop the sequence inline the moment a conversation becomes human.
Protect your sending reputation while you scale
Deliverability is its own control layer: it verifies your domains, warms your mailboxes, watches every bounce and complaint, and can throttle or stop sending before damage compounds.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC verification with MX and return-path checks, re-validated on a schedule.
- Guided warm-up that ramps volume gradually and mixes warm-up with cold sending.
- Bounce classification — hard bounces suppress instantly, soft bounces retry with backoff.
- Suppression lists at tenant and platform level, checked at send time.
- Health scoring per mailbox and domain, with automatic throttling as scores fall.
- Blacklist monitoring and provider-aware sending limits for Google, Microsoft and SMTP.
These controls materially reduce risk and enforce safe sending — no platform can guarantee inbox placement.
Example values for illustration.
See the whole funnel, not just the sends
Measure every stage from first search through to a positive reply — with metrics labelled by how reliable they actually are.
Example data for illustration.
- Honest metric tiers — provider-confirmed facts (sent, delivered, bounced) are separated from inferred signals like open tracking.
- Step-level breakdowns showing reply rate and drop-off for every step in a sequence.
- Breakdown dimensions by campaign, step, subject variant, industry, company size, mailbox, team or rep.
- Inbox metrics including first response time and sentiment distribution.
- Credit burn and quota pacing so spend never surprises you at month end.
- Custom reports and scheduled digests delivered by email, PDF or chat channel.
AI that fills in the filters — and leaves you in control
AI is applied to a few specific jobs where it genuinely saves time. It never auto-executes a search and never reveals data on your behalf.
Natural-language search
Describe the audience in plain English and the filters are generated for you — shown in the sidebar with confidence indicators so you can review and edit before running the search.
Lead recommendations
Prospects are matched against your ICP definitions and past activity, surfacing a “recommended for you” set based on signals like industry fit, size, title match and recent hiring or funding events.
Reply classification
Inbound replies are automatically categorised — interested, objection, out-of-office, unsubscribe — so the inbox surfaces what needs a human first.
Signal-based enrolment
Buying signals can dynamically enrol matching contacts into active campaigns, so timing is driven by what is happening rather than when someone remembers to check.
AI-generated filters are always visible and editable, and AI never triggers a paid reveal without your action.

Extend the platform programmatically
A versioned REST API and signed event delivery let you build the platform into your own workflows, data pipelines and internal tools.
- Scoped API keys using a resource:action permission model, with IP allowlisting and rotation.
- Idempotency keys on mutating requests so retries never double-charge or duplicate.
- Cursor pagination and async job envelopes for long-running bulk operations.
- HMAC-signed webhooks with replay protection, retries with backoff and a dead-letter queue.
- Standard rate-limit headers so clients can back off gracefully.
Built for sales organisations, not just individuals
Organisations contain teams, teams contain people, and every resource carries a visibility scope. Access is the intersection of role permissions, plan entitlements and resource visibility.
Full authority over the organisation. Exactly one per org.
Tenant-wide operational configuration and member management.
Team-level visibility, assignment and campaign oversight.
Day-to-day prospecting and outreach within assigned scope.
Read-only access for stakeholders who need visibility.
Granular permissions
Fine-grained resource:action permissions across every module — from campaign:launch to credits:allocate — plus custom roles on higher plans.
Visibility scopes
Resources can be organisation-wide, team-only, owner-only or private, with ownership transfer when people change roles.
Enterprise identity
SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning with real-time session revocation, available on Enterprise plans.
Tenant isolation enforced at the database
Security is architectural rather than a setting. Every operational table carries row-level tenant policies, so isolation doesn't depend on application code remembering to filter.
Tenant isolation
Row-Level Security on operational tables, with the active tenant bound per connection. Cross-tenant access is blocked at the data layer.
Authentication
Argon2id password hashing, short-lived access tokens with refresh rotation, real-time session revocation and optional enforced 2FA.
Authorization
Role permissions, plan entitlements and resource visibility are evaluated together — and enforced on the server, never by hiding buttons.
Encryption
TLS in transit, AES-256-GCM for stored secrets such as OAuth tokens and SMTP credentials, with envelope encryption and key rotation.
Audit trail
An append-only, tenant-attributed audit log across sensitive actions, with export for review and access-review workflows.
Abuse prevention
Layered rate limits, signed webhooks with SSRF protection, and controls that limit bulk data extraction.
Built for large-scale B2B data and growing revenue teams
A modular TypeScript backend with dedicated background workers, an event backbone, and separate stores for transactions, search and analytics.
Designed for scale
The search layer is designed to scale toward 500M+ records with sharded indices and multi-level caching, with a documented path toward a billion.
Stateless and horizontal
Application servers are stateless so capacity scales horizontally, while export and sending workers scale on queue depth.
Rebuildable projections
The search index is a read projection of the database rather than a source of truth, so it can always be rebuilt from the ledger of record.
One connected environment
Six steps from a blank search to a booked reply
Discover
Search people and companies across 50+ filters, with live counts as you narrow the audience.
Refine
Apply personas, exclusions and data-quality filters so you only keep prospects worth contacting.
Organise
Save the search, add prospects to lists, and reveal contact details for the ones you will actually reach.
Engage
Launch a campaign with a multi-step sequence, rotating mailboxes and a schedule that respects time zones.
Automate
Let events route replies, stop sequences, update your CRM and enrol new matches automatically.
Measure
Watch the funnel, monitor deliverability health, and feed what you learn back into the next campaign.
Built around how revenue teams actually work
The same platform serves the rep sending today's outreach and the operations lead who has to govern it.
SDR & BDR teams
Hours lost switching between a data tool, a sequencer and a shared mailbox.
Search, reveal, enrol and reply in one place — with each thread carrying its campaign and sequence context.
Sales managers
No single view of who is sending what, or which campaigns are actually converting.
Team-level dashboards, per-rep activity and step-level funnels showing exactly where prospects drop off.
RevOps & Sales Ops
Audience definitions drift between tools, and data spend is impossible to attribute.
One canonical filter model across every module, plus a credit ledger that attributes spend per user and action.
Founders & small teams
Paying for four subscriptions before sending the first campaign.
Discovery, outreach, inbox and analytics in a single platform, with credits scaled to actual usage.
Larger organisations
Multiple teams need isolation, role separation and provable access control.
Organisations, teams and visibility scopes with role-based permissions, SSO and an append-only audit trail.
Technical teams
The platform needs to fit an existing data pipeline, not replace it.
A versioned REST API, scoped keys, async export jobs and HMAC-signed webhooks for event-driven integration.
Pay for data, not for looking
Credits are tracked in an append-only ledger with balances that can never go negative. Failed operations are refunded, and a contact already revealed by a teammate is not charged twice.
- Free actions: searching, filtering, saved searches, list management, sending email, dashboards and inbox replies.
- Shared pool across the organisation, with optional per-team or per-user caps.
- Bucket precedence — monthly credits are consumed before purchased top-ups, which do not expire.
- Live transaction ledger showing who spent what, on which prospect, and when.

Questions, answered
What is StartSearch Ai?
A unified B2B sales intelligence and outreach platform. It combines a prospect data and search engine with a multi-step outreach engine, a unified inbox, deliverability controls and analytics — so the full workflow from discovery to reply lives in one system.
Who is it for?
Sales and revenue teams — SDRs and BDRs running outreach, managers overseeing team performance, RevOps and sales-ops leads configuring the platform, and developers integrating it with existing systems. Role-based access means each of those sees a different slice.
How does prospect search work?
You build a query from more than 50 filter fields spanning person attributes, company attributes, buying signals, data quality and your own relationship history with a contact. Filters combine with AND, OR and NOT logic plus a dedicated exclusions block, and results update with live counts.
Contact details are masked until you choose to reveal them.
What are credits and what uses them?
Credits are consumed only when you access data: revealing an email or phone number, enriching a record, or exporting rows. Searching, filtering, saving searches, managing lists, sending campaign email and replying in the inbox do not consume credits.
Balances are tracked in an append-only ledger, failed operations are refunded, and a contact already revealed by a teammate is not charged again.
What can be automated?
Automations respond to events such as a lead joining a list, matching a persona, replying, bouncing, or a CRM record changing. You then evaluate conditions and run actions — add to a campaign, start or stop a sequence, enrich a contact, update your CRM, send a webhook, create a task or assign an owner.
Workflows can be dry-run before publishing and carry safety limits including cooldowns and per-day credit caps.
How does email outreach work?
Connect Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes. A campaign defines the audience, sending accounts, schedule and limits; a sequence defines the steps. Sending rotates across mailboxes, respects per-account and per-day limits, paces messages, and honours the contact time zone where configured.
How are conversations managed?
Replies land in a unified inbox that spans every connected mailbox. Threads keep their campaign and sequence context, can be assigned and reassigned across the team, tagged, filtered and saved into views. Internal notes with mentions stay private, and you can stop a sequence directly from the conversation.
How is deliverability handled?
Domains are checked for SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX configuration on an ongoing basis. New mailboxes ramp gradually through warm-up, bounces are classified and suppressed, complaint rates are monitored, and health scores drive automatic throttling.
These controls materially reduce risk, but no platform can guarantee inbox placement.
What integrations are supported?
The platform is architected for two-way CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho; mailbox and calendar connections for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; enrichment providers; Slack and Teams notifications; and outbound webhooks or automation platforms. Availability varies by plan and release stage.
Is there an API?
Yes — a versioned REST API covering search, reveal, enrichment, lists, campaigns, sequences, automations, email, inbox and analytics, plus async export jobs. Access uses scoped API keys with idempotency support, cursor pagination and standard rate-limit headers. Webhooks are HMAC-signed with retries and a dead-letter queue.
How is data protected?
Each tenant’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security, so isolation does not rely on application filtering. Secrets such as OAuth tokens and SMTP credentials are encrypted, traffic is encrypted in transit, sensitive actions are written to an append-only audit log, and access requires the right role, plan entitlement and resource visibility.
Can multiple people work together?
Yes. Organisations contain teams and members, with five system roles from Owner through Viewer, plus custom roles on higher plans. Resources carry visibility scopes, credits draw from a shared pool with optional per-team caps, and Enterprise plans add SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning.
From prospect discovery to outreach,
everything works together
Discover prospects, automate outreach, manage conversations, protect deliverability and measure every step — without stitching five tools together.
